    WCO-RCL Professional Programme – Past and Upcoming Training Courses

    The World Customs Organization (WCO), in collaboration with the Central Revenues Control Laboratory (CRCL)-Regional Customs Laboratory (RCL), offers specialized training for Customs officials from developing country Members in chemical analysis for HS classification.

    The program provides hands-on experience at the WCO Asia/Pacific RCL in India and deepens participants' understanding of the HS at the WCO Headquarters. The initiative aims to enhance the technical skills of Customs laboratory staff, ensuring accurate analysis and classification of goods under the HS system.

    1. Past training Programmes

    i.        2023-2024:WCO-RCL Professional Training Programme

    Duration:23rd October – 30th November 2023 (07 weeks)

    Training Locations: 01 week at WCO (HQ), Brussels; 06 weeks at CRCL, New Delhi

    Participating Countries: Colombia, Costa Rica, Ghana, Nepal

    ii.       2024-2025:WCO-RCL Professional Training Programme

    Duration:23rd October – 30th November 2024 (07 weeks)

    Training Locations: 01 week at WCO (HQ), Brussels; 06 weeks at CRCL, New Delhi
